[IZ] Broken Kalopsia - Chapter 37
“I still don’t understand why you brought me to this establishment,” Zim commented from where he was standing outside of the changing room, loud enough for its occupant to hear him. His antennae were twitching in mild irritation under his wig and he kept shooting wary glances at the humans that moved around the shop. Most of them were females and they seemed to be very excited about the merchandise that the place sold. Far too excited, for the alien’s liking.
Gaz’s head made an appearance from behind the curtain, wearing a murderous glare. “How thick can you be?” She hissed out irritably and she

The loud sound of glass shuttering echoed in the whole house without a warning, followed by a few muffled noises and a stream of curses. Gaz cracked one eye open and shot a look at her alarm clock, discovering with a wave of irritated displeasure that it was four whole minutes before her waking time. Too little time to even just consider going back to sleep, but she still felt robbed of a precious part of her rest.
With a quiet growl, she kicked the violet sheets off her legs and stood up, heading for the door. Her hand reached out for the console resting on the nightstand and she grabbed it blindly as she made her way out of the room. The no

“Dammit…”Dib winced, rubbing a cotton ball over the fresh gash that adorned his cheekbone. The cut was pretty deep and the disinfectant he was using to clean it stung badly. Moreover, the absence of a proper mirror made it hard for him to rub off all the blood that was still coming out of the wound. He would have rather grab his things and go back home, but Zim hadn’t given him the codes to freely move around the base yet and he had no intention to ask his former rival to activate the teleport. After all, he had the Irken’s claws to thank for the damage his face was sporting and he wouldn’t have put it past

GIR giggled from where he was floating mid-air, twirling across the living room, not disturbed at all by the alarm that was blaring incredibly loudly in the whole building. On the contrary, the unbearable noise enhanced his amusement, and so did the shocked face of the human who had just stepped inside the base. The way in which Mary had banged his big head against the invisible barrier set a step away from the entrance had been hilarious and it had caused a full belly laugh to escape from the robot’s already open mouth.
“Big-Head Boy!” He screamed, launching himself towards the teen and only obtaining to crash against said

The corridor was empty and quiet as Zim followed the by now familiar route. His eyes briefly touched the still unrepaired hole that he had made in the air duct over a week before, but he didn’t stop. When he had left Ms Xander’s office that day, he had thought that he would have never come back. Not to that room and perhaps not even to Hi Skool. He had been pondering the idea of blowing up the whole planet. Or to just leave it behind and never look back. He had been so angry and empty at the same time. He had felt like he was going to explode and he had been determined to take the whole universe down with him.
Now, things were com

The Hi Skool cafeteria was even noisier and busier than the usual. Almost all the tables were already occupied, even if the bell that marked the start of the lunch break had rung less than fifteen minutes earlier. Outside was raining once again, and hard, so even the students who had taken up the habit of eating their lunch in the yard, to enjoy the warmer spring weather, that day had chosen to stay inside.
Dib bit back a sigh as he patiently waited for his turn to get the food. Thankfully, the teacher had let his class out a few minutes before the real end of the lesson or they would have never found a spot where to sit. And, luckily, Zim wo

Purple hit a button on the main console, effectively cutting off that endlessly irritating transmission, which had lasted far too long for his liking. His antennae were still twitching in annoyance, despite the small consolation prize that the end of the conversation had brought him. There was a part of him that was still incredulous at the fact that Zim had tried to bribe him, but after all the request had given him the opportunity to pull yet another fast one on the Defective. Of course he could have easily ordered the shorter Irken to send him the daily dose of snacks, of any kind, that the Invader had promised him in

No one dared to ruin Gaz’s plan when it manifested itself for what it was, even if Dib made a small, weak attempt at protesting and claimed that he would have preferred spending the night in his room. It was useless to say that a glare from the scary girl was enough to beat him into submission and make him sit down on the couch, once again in the spot between her and a very disgruntled Zim. The Invader himself had voiced his opposition when he had showed up in their living room and had been told that they would be watching a movie and not playing games. His complaints had been along the lines of not wanting to waste his time with “
